This research talks about one of the most important legislative and rightful affairs which is the aged rights, which were stated in the Quran in social, healthy, economical and psychological sides of life._x000D__x000D_
There by, our Quran –the everlasting heavenly legislation– has preceded the contemporary regulations and the earthly laws which call for the aged rights, especially in_x000D__x000D_

In addition, this research talked about the definition of Quran and right with showing the types of right._x000D__x000D_
After that, it talked about the role of Quran in taking charge of the aged rights in the family boundary and during_x000D__x000D_
