ملخص الدراسة:

This study focuses on the role of teaching and memorising the Holy Quran, at the Islamic University of Gaza (IUG) in promoting good values among the local Palestinian community. The study begins with a brief introduction to IUG and its philosophy as well as the Faculty of Ossul El-Deen. The required Qura'nic parts to be studied and memorised by all university students are examined. This examination shows that thousands of male and female students who graduated from the university have been positively influenced by various values included in the courses. This good effect can be seen in the increase level of the Islamic awareness and the messages of thanks and appreciation that express the key role of IUG in enhancing good values among the Palestinians. : : :
