ملخص الدراسة:

The study aimed to develop a clear vision through which Palestinians can benefit from the developmental experience of South Korea. The study outlined all the pillars, ingredients and elements that the South Korean government depended on for the success of its economic developmental experience, and how we the Palestinians, can make use of this pioneer experience. In this study, the researcher used the analytical-descriptive approach relying on what was written by experts, specialists and academics on the economic developmental experience of South Korea. Study most important findings: In spite of its lack of economic resources, the difficult geography, and the ferocity of wars and division, South Korea was able to rise again, and this has not been achieved without the availability of the will of real development among Korea people. There are several factors that have helped the South Korean economic developmental experience to succeed, including the tactful dealing of the successive South Korean governments with the time eras through setting up studied economic plans, building free market system, openness to the outside world, paying attention to human resources development, and legislating the laws and policies that encourage the attraction of foreign investment and provide comprehensive care and support for small and medium projects. These factors have had a major role in the success of the economic developmental experience of South Korea. Study most important recommendations: The study recommended the necessity Focus on the human element, which is a very important national wealth and drive a major role for economic development, And the allocation of professional training institutions and high efficiency working to raise the level of skills and productivity ,And should be linked with the needs of manpower, a government agency sponsoring the affairs of small and medium enterprises should be established And provide the necessary support for these projects and enable them through the enactment of legislation and laws and provide credit facilities necessary, and opportunities for attracting foreign direct and indirect investments should be enhances, taking advantage of South Korea's experience in this field.
