ملخص الدراسة:

This research aims to diagnose the reality of tourism in Gaza hotels and to identify the influential factors on the tourism development of Gaza hotels where the Palestinian tourism sector contributed to %4 of GDP and such contribution is limited if it is compared with its peers in the neighboring Arab countries. This research used various research methods including the historical and the descriptive analytical methods to explore the tourism reality in Palestine generally and in Gaza particularly. Statistical analysis of a questionnaire targeting the owners and the managers of tourism facilities in Gaza was conducted using the SPSS.
