ملخص الدراسة:

The aim of this study is to identify the impact of employing electronic management in knowledge management processes to senior management positions and in some universities in Gaza Strip in Palestine, in addition to examining the relationship between the five requirements for electronic administration (administrative, technical, human, Financial security) and knowledge management (diagnosis, generation, dissemination, storage, application), and the study problem was what is the impact of employing electronic management in knowledge management processes in the upper and middle management positions in Palestinian universities? A number of sub-questions emerged from this question. The study derived its importance from the nature of the variables of the study, electronic management, knowledge management. This study was based on the descriptive analytical methods and the exploratory approach. This method was followed by the stratified method and the questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. (261) questionnaire and aggregation (213) with a recovery rate (86%), in addition to the interview tool, and conducted (5) various interviews with experts and specialists in the field of study._x000D__x000D_
The results of the study showed that there is a very strong positive correlation between the use of electronic administration and its requirements and knowledge management processes among the senior and middle management positions in the Palestinian universities. There is a clear positive impact on the use of electronic management in knowledge management processes. The importance of employing e-administration in knowledge management processes has been denied. There are significant differences between the mean of the sample of the study due to the gender variable. The type of employee has no relation to the administrative work. The study found significant differences Nucleolus between the mean estimates of the study sample due to the variable number of years of service, for the benefit of years of service ranging from 5- to have less than 10 years, for both technical recruitment and application of knowledge._x000D__x000D_
The study recommended that the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education should speed up the development of a joint database among Palestinian universities to facilitate the exchange of knowledge among them. The development in the world to protect the electronic knowledge in universities from penetration and piracy, and this follow-up must be continuous. Opening the sections of knowledge management and the recruitment of staff with experience to work in these sections, and show it in your hands To raise the awareness of the importance of knowledge management and the benefit that universities gain from showing them explicitly as knowledge institutions, setting budgets for the use of electronic administration to develop knowledge management processes in Palestinian universities, focusing on disseminating knowledge within universities through electronic blogs and disseminating them to employees .
