And it bent a lot of entrepreneurs Training Courses in the field of administration and finance, and in need of rehabilitation programs are able to manage their businesses well. The Palestine Investment Law does not provide any encouragement to Raadiat. The study found a number of recommendations including: the researchers recommend that entrepreneurs need to get an integrated training program before starting the implementation of the project and the acquisition of project management skills include (time management and project management, bookkeeping, and marketing skills, and home management). And researchers propose to the lending institutions develop a special program Braadiat projects and provide credit facilities to them on favorable terms. And the stakeholders of the incubators study the needs of entrepreneurs and the training provided to them even benefit from.
