Political participation is of the most important topics which states concern about because this subject has central role in elements of bases of the states and in the enhancement of building political social and economic institutions. It also enjoys the young people in most countries of the world considerable attention as future leaders, In the Palestinian case young people are considered the future in a democratic struggle or to resist the occupation, It turned out that the study of political participation of young people will lead to strengthening the presence of young leaders, able to draw a general policy of the state.
