ملخص الدراسة:

This research addresses new strategy, with new concepts of competitiveness and resources, to create new opportunities for investment for youth. _x000D_
The first part of the research discusses the factors behind competitiveness regression, which basically depends on the comparative advantage. This regression is due to economic and political reasons namely; the blockade and shortage of resources._x000D_

The second part of this research introduces a new model for competitiveness relying on a new definition based on the differentiative advantage instead of the comparative one. This part also presents the elements of this competitiveness called "Territorial Competitiveness" such as; "the specific resources, differentiative advantage, and actors in need to coordination"._x000D_

The third part gives an applicable example for the concept of the specific immaterial resources by creating a trade mark for the Palestinian products as an important way to access to the foreign markets._x000D_

In the fourth and last part, the research provides ongoing and future pilot projects relying on the concept of territorial competitiveness._x000D_

The recommendations of the research accentuate on the importance of coordination in creating and transformation of resources, which should involve all the concerned actors.
