ملخص الدراسة:

This study clarified the impact of vocational training provided by Ministry of Labour on Palestinian labor market in Gaza Strip and graduation of many professionals in the areas of different professional that meets the need of the domestic market of the professional disciplines and helps graduates get jobs thereby reducing unemployment and poverty in the community._x000D_
The researcher used the quantitative method in the analysis models using simple and multiple regression, which express the results of data analysis and interviews._x000D_
The study shows the clear influence of the number of professionals graduates on the labor market the more the number of graduates professionals has increased the number of employees and therefore I said the unemployment rate as a result of spontaneous for that._x000D_

As it turns out that the number of graduate professionals who complete the regular educational journey is very limited and does not affect on the reduction of personnel due to the fact that the majority of those enrolled in vocational centers have dropped out of regular schools and ascetics in the academic education.
