ملخص الدراسة:

This study focuses on the status of the freedom of press in the Palestinian National Authority territories and the violations committed between 2006 and 2010. It seeks to keep the public opinion and the concerned parties abreast of these violations in an attempt to eliminate them. This descriptive study has adopted several methodological approaches including survey, investigation, contrastive studies and interrelationship studies. The tools of the study include uncontrolled interviews and observations. The study is divided into three sections: an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion with results, recommendations and a list of references. The study revealed that 669
