ملخص الدراسة:

The study aimed to identify news readability in daily Palestinian newspapers websites, and its success to achieve the greatest readability to its readers. The Study conducted an analytical study on a regular periodical constructive sample of the news published in the study websites during the time period 2/6/2015 to 2/07/2015, where 644 analytical samples were analyzed._x000D__x000D_
The study was descriptive and used two approaches, namely: systematic surveys and mutual relations. It also used content analysis, and public websites survey of the Palestinian daily newspapers, in addition to methodology comparison. The data of the study was collected by two instruments, namely: content analysis form, and survey. _x000D__x000D_
The findings of the study revealed that (10) elements for easy news readability were detected, compared to (5) difficult news readability elements. The percentage of the easy news readability elements for the four websites reached up to (87.49%), where Al-Ayyaam Newspaper came first with (90.35%), followed by Jerusalem Newspaper with an average of (88.18%), Palestine Newspaper with an average of (87.62%), and the last one was Alhayah Al-Jadeedah with an average of (83.82%). _x000D__x000D_
The results of the study also confirmed that none of the four websites used the three types of hypertext. The results of the analytical study also showed differences in using videos with the news among the four newspapers websites, where Al-hayah Al-Jadeedah occupied the first place with an average of (15.1%), followed by Jerusalem Newspaper (2.3%), and Palestine Newspaper with an average of (1.9%), while Al-Ayaam Newspaper never used videos with news.
