This study examined the impact of the Oslo Accords on the turnovers in the structure of the Palestinian political system following the signing of the agreement. This will be carried out through the study of the characteristics and properties of the Palestinian political system within the framework of the PLO, which was a national accord charter of a national liberation movement, due to the nature of the stage, which required consensus on all political decisions before they are issued. The study highlighted the turnovers and the international and regional variables that forced the PLO to walk in the settlement approach. _x000D_
The study showed the vast turnovers that have taken place in the Palestinian political field, most notably the establishment of a national authority on the part of the Palestinian territory, and turning the center of political decision-making from the PLO and its institutions to the emerging Palestinian Authority. These turnovers were a reflection of the imbalance in the balance of regional and international powers after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the unilateral American leadership of the world. _x000D_
The study also discussed the evolution of the Palestinian political system after Oslo, which was characterized by fast transition from one phase to the other, with the accumulation of crises and problems. The study showed the most important crises and problems suffered by the Palestinian political system at every stage, especially foreign interventions, which had a deep impact in deepening structural crisis in the Palestinian political system. The study came up with a set of recommendations and results, the most important of them are:_x000D_
• The international and regional changes left deep effects and repercussions on the structure of the political system and, and turned it from political system of national liberation movement, dominated by the revolutionary character, to a political system in the framework of self-rule authority On the way to the state,_x000D_
• Oslo agreement created a radical shift in the structure of the Palestinian political arena, by shifting the political decision of the PLO to the Palestinian Authority. Oslo agreement has created the a major split between the Palestinians, and dislocated the foundations of the political system, which were founded by PLO for three decades. By the establishment of the Palestinian Authority, the process of domination industry in the new political field moved from PLO institutions to the Palestinian authority which seeks to transform into a state on the Palestinian territories. Oslo is also regarded as the beginning of a new phase in which the Palestinian Authority played a pivotal role in the political and diplomatic Palestinian arena, creating a crisis in the relationship between the origin and the branch.
