Many of the Palestinian people expected that with the signing of Oslo agreement, the Israeli occupation would leave of the Palestinian territories, and a new era will begin with establishment of a Palestinian state has the attributes of sovereignty and development, and the Palestinian people which live under a national authority that manages the affairs of life and management of resources and achieving a high growth rate with the international promises in supporting the Palestinian economy and its impacts on the economic situation of the Palestinian citizen and of living._x000D_
However, with the arrival of the negotiations to a standstill and stopped in 2010, and not getting the Palestinian people what they was expecting, this reflected the political situation on the Palestinian people in social terms and the emergence of several variables influenced the development of Palestinian society, and the most prominent of these demographic situation variables._x000D_
This study will start from the idea of conflict between the Palestinian people and Israel is an extended conflict and that the demographic factor will resolve this conflict. This study will discuss the population status and demographic changes that have occurred throughout the period that followed the signing of the Oslo agreement in 1993-1994, and the fertility rate among the Palestinian and Israeli occupation authorities, and the Israeli authority takes several means and procedures such as migration to modify the demographic balance in its favor.
